Salon Policies

Cancellation Policy:

Your appointments are very important to us. It is reserved especially for you.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without proper notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

As a courtesy, confirmation emails & texts are sent 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Please do not reply to those emails or text messages.

We understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

"No-shows" or appointments failed to be cancelled in a timely manner will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. Please note, certain appointments will require a credit card in order to hold appointment time.

Service Guarantee:

Salon Nine28 is a team environment and our customer satisfaction is our utmost importance.

We offer complimentary adjustments to any hair color or haircut services within 7 days of service completion.
We have a no refund policy on services completed at our salon.

Clients are welcomed to come in with their original stylist or we can recommend a different stylist.

**Please note the service guarantee does not apply if the client decides to completely change the original look from their visit 7 days prior.
